Hey, I'm Melissa Smith. I am a Freelance illustrator, screen printer and live scribe from Coventry. I create feel good visuals to bring words and stories to life. My work is often inspired by my own and others' living experiences. Particularly things that make people Feel Good! My aim is to inspire others to step into their own unique creative power in whatever way that may be.
I started my creative journey somewhat later in life. It was a solution to managing a rare spinal condition and all that entails. For me creativity has been a lifesaver that has helped me to reimagine my journey. It’s the thing that reignites my soul and gives me a sense of purpose.
I have experience of working on grassroots community art projects both virtually and in person and large scale productions such as Coventry's City Of Culture "In Paint We Trust" Street Art programme.
I love working on creative projects that that spark curiosity and create a sense of joy. If I have sparked your curiosity or you need some Feel Good joyous vibes bringing to a project get in touch to find out how we can work together!
